Little b Confectionery began as a marshmallow making hobby and something fun to do with my daughter. It quickly turned into an obsession. Once I started making marshmallows I could’t stop and I loved creating new flavours for friends and family to try. One day I began making caramel for a marshmallow and started wrapping the extras in parchment to give away. That started a whole new journey in confections. What started as a marshmallow topping quickly became the backbone of my company. It’s all about the journey!
