In the event that you would like to return an item that you purchased from us online at or, one of our 2 retail locations, we will happily offer an exchange or in-store credit.  Returns / Exchanges must be done within 10 days of the purchase. 



1. Bring it back to us in-store
Please bring your merchandise back to us at one of our locations. We offer 10 days for exchange or store credit, no refunds.  We require a receipt for any returns or exchanges. Please see our exclusions for refunds below. 

2. Ship an Order Back to Us. 
Before you make a return, please email within 10 days of receiving your package to organize your return. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and we suggest you choose a shipping method with tracking so that you can be assured that your order arrives back to us. The original shipping charges are non refundable. In the event that there was an error on our end, we will cover the shipping costs back to us. 



My Order was damaged in-transit

Although we do our best to package everything with love & care, sometimes things happen in transit. If any of the items have arrived damaged, please email us at and include photos of the damage and the packaging they arrived in.  If items are damaged in transit, is not our responsibility but we will help you out with a claim through Canada Post. 

Something is incorrect with my order
If something is incorrect with your order, we want to make it right! E-mail and we will help guide you through the process and figure out how to rectify the issue. 


Due to the intimate nature of specific products we do not offer returns or refunds on these brands, however we will exchange any product that is defective.
