Kinsip Bitters (6 flavours)

Kinsip bitters are handcrafted at our farm-based distillery. Our bitters bring drops full of delicately balanced flavours to your home and allow you to create interesting, complex, and nuanced cocktails with ease.  Add a drop or two of bitters to compliment the flavours in any drink.

Sour Cherry - A blend of Ontario sweet and sour cherries creates this delicate balance of bitter and sweet with a subtle sour note. A bar essential, cherry will compliment your manhattan or dress up a non-alcoholic drink with a drop or two. Sauces, salad dressings, and baking can all benefit from a creative use of our bitters as well.

Black Walnut - Deep and inky flavor mingles with earthy and baking spice notes derived from black walnuts. Focused bitter finish. Delicious for taking an old fashioned into a new dark direction.

Maple Walnut - In Kinsip Maple Walnut Bitters, our deeply rich whisky barrel aged maple syrup adds mellow sweetness with hints of the whisky shining through. Add this bitters to an Old Fashion to give depth and complexity.

Coffee Pecan: Rich dark coffee from our friends at Pilot Coffee Roasters in Toronto provides our Coffee Pecan Bitters with punch! This bitters is excellent in a rum forward drink, like seasonal sippers and a classic rum and eggnog.
