We are hoping you are happy with your order but god forbid something arrived incorrect or not what you were expecting, we will absolutely work to rectify that.
Please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your package if there are any issues with your order. Just like at the stores, we offer exchange or store credit only and no refunds. If you would like to return the item, shipping is the responsibility of the customer and your original shipping charges will not be refunded. If there was an error on our end, we will cover the shipping costs back to us. Proof of purchase is required for any returns or exchanges. Sale items and earring purchases are final sales.
If any of the items have arrived damaged, please email us at Sharon@collected-joy.com and include photos of the damage and the packaging they arrived in. If items are damaged in transit, that is not our responsibility but we will help you out with a claim through Canada Post.
