Handmade in Toronto, this beauty is like a prayer bracelet.  Tie it on with  a good solid double knot, think about who gave it to you or where you were when you tied it on and then wear it until it falls off.  Then take a moment to think about all that happened in your life since tying it on ... then breathe, give thanks to those memories and move forward in your life.
